The first step:

résumé, attach it  for a free evaluation. Include your phone number and I'll
call
you.

Career analysis and information capture:
Some résumé writers rely solely on questionnaires to gather information
about your background and qualifications; others use only personal
interviews.
I do both.
A Résumé Worksheet will be e-mailed to you, followed by a personal,
in-depth conference, either face-to-face or by telephone. The worksheet is
a means by which you describe your work experience, skills,
achievements; education, and career objective. The personal conference
will explore your career aspirations and will probe for a clear understanding
of your qualifications and achievements.

Document preparation:
Draft copies of your résumé and other documents will be prepared and
presented for your review. With your feedback and editing, documents will
be finalized and transmitted to you electronically or by U.S. Mail.

My commitment to you:
During the process, you will always have direct contact with me.  I work
closely with you to ensure the best possible résumé.

I have no employees and I don't outsource work to anyone.  I don't copy
and paste from other résumés, nor do I used canned material.  Your
résumé will be custom created by me for
you. I subscribe to the highest
industry standards for ethics and practice.

Guarantee:  If you have submitted your résumé in response to valid job
openings for which you are qualified and have not been invited for an
interview within 30 days after  completion of your documents, your
résumé will be rewritten free of charge.
